Airon stores sufficient transaction reference data to manage your account balance, process withdrawals, resolve disputes, and meet anti-money laundering reporting requirements. Full card numbers and e-wallet PINs or passwords are never stored on airon's systems.
Payment data used for withdrawal is matched against the payment method used for your deposit as a fraud prevention measure. This matching is a standard requirement and does not indicate any problem with your account.
Security note:
Airon does not have access to your GCash PIN, Maya password, or bank login credentials. Always be cautious of communications claiming to be from airon that ask for these details — that is not how airon operates.
